Signing in#

You received a customer ID and a password from us. Use these to sign in to the portal.

1. Open the portal address in your browser.
2. Enter your customer ID and your password.
3. After signing in, you’ll land directly in the chat.

Note: For security reasons, only one session can be active at a time. If you’re already signed in on another device, you’ll need to sign out there first.
